#2 is Fred(eric) Deltour, he was Mr. France at some year. #9 is Ted Colunga. #10 not the name, but I do recall he has a twin and they both did that photo shoot. And #15 is Pavel Novotny, back then known just as Brad, in one of the Virtuaguy photo shoots
